Their Easy Wild Rice Quiche is so popular – it’s become a signature dish!

 

 

 

Easy Wild Rice Quiche

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup cooked, wild rice
  2. 6 beaten eggs
  3. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  5. 1 to 1/2 cups ham or bacon bits or sausage
  6. 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  7. Salt and pepper and any seasoning if you wish
Instructions
  1. With mixer beat eggs, then add soup, cheese, rice, meat and minced onion.
  2. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Mix will with mixer.
  4. Pour into quiche dish or 9-10 in pie plate sprayed with PAM.
  5. Bake at 375˚ F for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
Notes
  1. Chef notes: This dish can be prepared the night before and baked the next morning. For the ham or bacon bits, I used the package of recipe-style real bacon bits. I have used ham before too, or you can make without any meat as an enticing option for vegetarians.
