Line some sliced bananas on top of the whipped cream and then spread animal crackers on top. Repeat this process with another layer of whip cream, banana slices, and crackers to make three layers. Finish off the top with whip cream and cover the cake before refrigerating it overnight. Serve it for brunch the following day.
