As we flip the calendar and May begins, it is time to introduce this month’s food focus: breakfast. Starting tomorrow with a Simple Solutions recipe, and continuing throughout the month, we will be sharing recipes and cooking tips for morning meals. Of course, breakfast doesn’t have to be the first meal of the day. At our house (and many others, I’m sure), breakfast is a family-requested dinner and occasional lunch.
