3 different citrus dishes

As I wrap up citrus week, I’m keeping things light. However, just because a dish is light doesn’t mean it isn’t flavorful and fun. No, in fact, these recipes would work well at a summer brunch. Paired with a glass of champagne, it seems like a wonderful way to spend part of your weekend.

Brunched-up Grapefruit– Want to make grapefruit look really fancy without a lot of effort? This is the recipe for you. It’s basically the little black dress for grapefruit.

Mango Salsa– The key piece of citrus in this recipe is the lime juice in the dress. Be sure to use real limes, not bottled lime juice. For a little bit more money and effort, you’ll be rewarded with a salad that’s much more flavorful.

Grapefruit and Mango Salad with Avocado Dressing– Sour grapefruit plus sweet mango equals a tasty salad on its own. When you accent those flavors with the creaminess of avocado, you have a salad that is 100% amazing.

Ok, summer! Bring on the heat. I’m ready to face you with a list of light and tasty citrus dishes.
