Just because it’s “Eat Healthfully” January doesn’t mean that you stop craving sweets. Today, let me introduce you to four different desserts that are nicely sweet and also are nice to your diet!
Banana Frozen Yogurt– The first ingredient is bananas, so it’s a bit like having a serving of fruit. It’s so creamy and smooth, you’ll think you’re eating regular frozen yogurt.
Banana Blueberry Ice Cream– Full disclosure, there’s neither cream, milk, nor sugar in this dessert. However, between the blueberries and bananas it tastes just like a soft serve treat.
Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt– Powdered peanut butter may be one of my favorite food creations. You get all the flavor of peanut butter with almost none of the fat and a lot fewer calories. Win, win!
Vanilla Blueberry Pie Parfait– Yes, I saved the fanciest for last. Anytime you can add sprinkles, it’s worthy of a party. Even if it’s just you and this sweet, little parfait. Celebrate all the sweetness without all the calories!
