Trying to figure out how to make a meal without going to the grocery store? Try one of these dishes that can be made with the veggies in your freezer.

If you’re trying to go to the store less but keep your menu interesting, here are three great options.

Cream of Broccoli Soup– There’s no cream in this soup, but it’s got the texture and flavors of it. It’s quick to make, turning it into a great work from home lunch or last minute dinner item.

Healthy Spinach Dip– Made with protein-packed Greek yogurt and a good amount of spinach, you have a dip that is pretty much good for you. Serve it with healthy crackers or carrot sticks, and you’ve got a waistline friendly snack.

Spinach Pinwheels– Sometimes you want some gooey cheese, but you also want to keep an eye on your eating. These pinwheels will hit the spot. Made with a healthy wrap and a good amount of spinach, you can eat these without guilt.

Take a peek in your freezer, and then get cooking!
