Ingredients
  

  • 1 12-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts drained and rinsed
  • 1 10-ounce package frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Chop artichoke hearts.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Grease 8x8 baking pan's sides and bottom.
  • Pour mixture into pan, and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
