Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 cups shredded carrots

Instructions
 

  • Combine yogurt, sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Combine cranberries and carrots in a medium-sized bowl and toss.
  • Pour dressing over salad, and stir until well combined.
  • Cover and chill for at least two hours to allow the flavors to meld.
