Homemade Cinnamon Sugar Crackers

  • 1 piece lavash
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Brush lavash with butter. (You don’t need to use all of it, just enough to make the cinnamon & sugar stick.)
  • Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle sugar mixture generously over buttered lavash. (There probably will be leftover cinnamon sugar. Save for another use.)
  • Place lavash on middle rack of oven, and bake for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for a minute or two, then cut into crackers.
  • Store in a sealed container up to a week.
