peeled & seeds removed

minced, seeds & ribs removed

cans pineapple juice

orange juice

Salt & pepper
Instructions
Place pineapple, cucumber, red pepper, jalapeno, and red onion in a large bowl; toss to combine.
Add juices and cilantro, and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
