Creamy Polenta

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1-1/4 cups polenta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring milk and broth to a boil over medium heat. Whisk constantly and slowly add polenta.
  • Once all polenta has been added, reduce to a simmer.
  • Stir frequently with a wooden spoon to keep polenta smooth and lump-free for approximately 20 minutes, or until the polenta is tender.
  • Add butter and parmesan, stirring well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Eat immediately.
