Ingredients

whole milk
3
cups
chicken broth
1-1/4
cups
polenta
2
tablespoons
butter
1/2
cup
grated parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Bring milk and broth to a boil over medium heat. Whisk constantly and slowly add polenta.
Once all polenta has been added, reduce to a simmer.
Stir frequently with a wooden spoon to keep polenta smooth and lump-free for approximately 20 minutes, or until the polenta is tender.
Add butter and parmesan, stirring well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Eat immediately.
