Spinach Balls

- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 10-ounce packages frozen spinach thawed & well drained
Heat oven to 400°F.
Coat a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine egg, flour, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, basil, and oregano.
Whisk until smooth.
Add spinach and mix with a spoon until fully combined.
Add cheddar cheese, and stir to thoroughly combine.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
