Spinach Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 10-ounce packages frozen spinach thawed & well drained

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Coat a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine egg, flour, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, basil, and oregano.
  • Whisk until smooth.
  • Add spinach and mix with a spoon until fully combined.
  • Add cheddar cheese, and stir to thoroughly combine.
  • Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
