Remember to put the marshmallow chicks, bunnies or whatever in the freezer the night before — no, you won’ t be melting them down to hold the Rice Krispie squares together. And they’ll need to be firm to keep standing up in a pan of hot melted marshmallows. This recipe comes from the Big Mill Bed and Breakfast in Williamston, North Carolina, known not only for its great food and comfort, but for its peaceful setting with 200 acres to explore. If you can’t get there for a visit, try this recipe!
