  • 2 apples (peeled & cored)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon sage
  • Salt

Who says side salads are only for summer?



  • 1/2 pound asparagus spears
  • 10 ounces sliced button mushrooms
  • 1/4 large red onion (diced)
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons artisanal balsamic vinegar
