  • 12 black mission figs
  • 2 oz. blue cheese
  • 8 slices prosciutto

  • 8 oz. dried Calimyrna figs
  • 1 Tb. brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tb. lemon juice
  • 1-3/4 cups water
