At that time I was an elementary level teacher who shared her passions for cooking and writing on the side. Because of this, I concluded it would be best if I wrote my columns as Think Tasty. In June 2008 I left my career as a teacher to build upon Think Tasty’s success and launch my startup, PeKu Publications.

After spending eight years running that business, I made the difficult decision to downsize PeKu this past August. Having spent all those years in publishing I was fortunate to experience great successes and to learn from tougher times. I also spent many of those years trying to promote our websites as publications that presented in a generic, third person format.

With this downsizing, I have decided that my efforts are best focused on what I know best- food. I also am taking feedback from my audience about what they liked; one of which is that they liked hearing from me about food. So, at Think Tasty, all articles will be written by me. Although I loved working with BnB Finder, Think Tasty needs to be my voice, so we’ll no longer share their recipes. And in an effort to promote my voice, I will no longer publish articles with the name Think Tasty. You’ll now see my name, Michele Pesula Kuegler, in the byline.

I still plan on publishing three article a week, although honestly there won’t be three recipes every week. However, I’ll offer helpful hints and tips for the kitchen. As always, I’m open to suggestions and feedback. Have a question about cooking? I’ll do my best to answer it. Just leave a comment, or go to the contact page and send an email from there.

So, welcome to the brand new/back to the beginning Think Tasty!
