egg_casseroleWe’re back with another edition of quick dinners, and we’re enlisting the help of incredible edible eggs again. Because not only are they easy to cook, but eggs are so versatile, there is no limit to the dishes you can divine in the comfort of your kitchen. Absolutely the World’s Best Egg Casserole…Ever! is one great example from our friends at Christopher’s Bed & Breakfast in Bellevue, KY, a beautiful B&B housed in a 19th-century former church that shines with jewel-toned stain-glassed windows, three Jacuzzi suites, and of course, great morning meals. Continental plus breakfasts are served on the weekdays, and the weekend breakfast includes this signature specialty below.
