Honey Walnut Breakfast Loaves

by BnB Finder | September 10th, 2013 | Best BnB Bites, Recipes

HoneyWalnutHere’s a rare kind of recipe — it brings together the best of from-scratch baking and convenience foods. Starting with quick and easy cake mix, you add  a little honey, some walnuts, and a couple of kitchen staples to create a moist, sweet quick bread that’s great for breakfast, a coffee break, or even dessert. Finish it with a quick and easy homemade glaze. This recipe comes to us from the Inn at Westwynd Farm B&B in Hummelstown, PA, which is, yes, really on a (horse) farm. If you’re a patient or visitor at the nearby Hershey Medical Center, ask about the Inn’s reduced rates.
