Satisfying & good for you



  • 2-1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  • 2 ears corn
  • 1 Tb. sugar
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
