Fresh Peach & Tomato Salad



A simple salad that highlights local produce



  • 1 tomato (cored)
  • 1 peach (pit removed)
  • balsamic vinegar*
  • salt & pepper
  • 6-8 mint leaves (minced)

  • 4-1/2 cups blueberries
